Product Description
A high performance, polymer modified asphalt emulsion horizontal joint and crack sealant. It is a one component, self leveling material that can easily be poured into openings from 1/8″ up to 1″ wide. This rapid curing formulation becomes tack free in 2 hours or less. After fully cured, the product will remain flexible at cold temperatures and will not flow at high temperatures. Safe-Seal 3405 is the only asphaltic-based, one-part, cold applied sealer to meet the demanding performance characteristics of ASTM D 3405 specifications.
